Solihull to Become the New Home of BAM PPP

BAM PPP has decided to relocate its offices. The company will soon operate out of a rented space of 4500 sq ft in a place in Solihull, named Blythe Valley Park. Part of the Royal BAM Group with a strong presence in European markets, BAM PPP focuses on rail, roads, education, health and the justice sector, with successful projects in Belgium, Germany, UK, Ireland and Netherlands. BAM was established in 2004 to leverage the group’s vast experience in Public Private Partnership projects in these sectors.

The company has so far been functioning out of Birmingham. After studying various likely locations for its relocation, the Rhodium Building in Solihull was chosen for its new premises. The company has recently completed the construction of four new schools in Solihull.

The new shared office premises also houses other well-known companies like Oracle and Arup. Speaking about the decision, Mr Rubincam, spokesman for Liberty Trust UK, which owns the premises, expressed pleasure at the beginning a new association with such a well-known firm.

BAM will continue to have the advantage of proximity to the Birmingham Airport from its new premises. Director UK Operations Kevin Meade stated that Blythe Valley Park was decided upon after much deliberation because of the many advantages it offers. He remarked that the business location has plenty of space and opportunities for future expansions.

BAM PPP has many successful projects to its credit. The latest in its list of renovation projects are the works undertaken for Smith’s Wood Sports College, Park Hall College, Archbishop Grimshaw Roman Catholic School and the Lanchester Special School.
